Fiber Optic Splice Closure is a inline type with big capacity, adopt vulcanized rubber as sealing component, helical and extrusion mechanical sealing, it is suitable for different methods of branch cable connection, including the branch of uncut cable. It is used for aerial,pole-mounted,wall-mounted and buried application. The closure has goods sealing performance, convenient to operate and wide range of applications.

1. Feature

 

Mechanical seal: Excellent sealing performance,reusable. Protection grade is IP 68.

Installation Method: aerial,pipe-lined,manhole

6 regular cable ports,applicable to cable direct transmission and branching connection with big capacity.

It is easy in operation. Inner and external push button can insure good sealing,requirements of cable torque , stretching, pressure, bending.

10~20 sealing requirements can be achieved for four cable ports and 16~25 can be achieved for two cable ports with excellent re-package performance.

Sealing performance

After the closure was sealed, the atmospheric pressure in it is 100kPa±5kPa, immersed it into the water and observing it for 15min, there is no air bubble. And there is no change of barometer after observing it for 24 hours.

non-puncture, no arc-over under the effect of 15kvDC/1min.

Encapsulation

After three times of encapsulation according to the general instruction, it can still be up to the sealing performance standard
